Questions before you order

How long does it take to build and ship?

Your piece is built to order in 7–10 business days. It then takes about 5 business days in transit to a US address.

How do I check it fits my space?

Open "Dimensions & finish" on the product page. It lists the sizes that piece is offered in; measure the spot and compare before you order.

Will the wood look exactly like the photos?

Close, but not identical. Natural wood grain and tone vary from piece to piece, and screens show color differently.

Can I return or cancel an order?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns carry a 15% restocking fee. You can cancel free within 24 hours of ordering.

What if it arrives damaged, and do you ship abroad?

Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination.
