Questions about a table size, a shelf finish or an order that is on its way can all go to the same inbox. A person on the Kosagu team reads every message.
Support hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7). Messages that come in on weekends or outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
Help us answer faster
- Already ordered? Put your order number in the subject line.
- Something arrived damaged? Attach photos of the piece and of the box or crate, including the shipping label.
- Not sure about size? Tell us the space you are measuring for (for example, the wall width or the distance between the sofa and the TV stand) and which product you are looking at.
- Want to change or cancel? Write as soon as you can. Changes are easiest before the workshop starts cutting.
Our team
Kosagu is run by a small team based in Vietnam, working with partner woodworking workshops that build each order. We don’t have a retail showroom open to visitors.
