Customization
Because each Kosagu piece is built after you order it, you choose some of the details yourself. This page explains which choices are available and how to ask about anything beyond them.
Options on the product page
Most items come with a set of options you pick before adding them to your cart. Depending on the product, these can include:
- Size: for example small, medium or large coffee tables and wall panels, or standard and wide desks.
- Finish: such as a natural tone or a darker finish on side tables.
- Configuration: such as a single floating shelf or a set of two or three, a 3-tier or 4-tier shelving unit, or a single or double monitor stand.
The price and timeline shown for each option already include building it to order. Production for any listed option takes 7–10 business days.
Requests outside the listed options
If you need a different length, height or finish, email help@kosagu.com before placing an order. Tell us the product, the measurements you need and what the piece is for. We will check with the workshop and reply with an honest answer: whether it can be done, what it would cost and how long it would take. We can’t take on every request, and we won’t accept an order we aren’t confident we can build well.
Before you confirm
- Measure the space twice, including the route the piece needs to travel through your home.
- Check the selected size and finish in your cart before you pay.
- If you notice a mistake, email us within the 24-hour free cancellation window so we can correct it before work starts.
Returns on customized pieces
Pieces built with the options listed on the product page follow our standard Return and Refund Policy: a 30-day return window, with a 15% restocking fee when the return is not caused by us. If we agree to a request outside the listed options, we will explain any different return terms in writing before you order.
